I have forced him to hand pover the whole flats in our name. He has escaped with some lakhs .But since Our company has stood as surety the people have cooperated and we could get another builder to complete the work. It was a great profit. By them the cost of flats were too high and so also was profit. The old builder in fact has done a stupid act. He has got some money ,but also bad name and was forced to go underground.
I felt pity for his old mother and family. It was told that they were staying in real poverty. He seems to have left with some friends (girl?) with out leaving enough money with family. .His one child also was to go for a surgery. When heard so much, and when I have received very high profit, I have decided to go for help to them. I knew that it will get good will to our firm. Many of the workers were old and was working for that fellow. Even though he has left ,many had a good will for that family. So I have once went to their house. I have never saw then earlier. When reached there ,i found that they were in much poverty. Car washing machine A/c etc was sold to arrange money for daughter.
